Ninh Hai: Summary of 3 years of implementing the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization"

In recent times, Ninh Hai District Party Committee has led the implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" with positive changes. Localities and units have issued plans to implement the emulation movement with many forms such as: Propaganda, mobilizing cadres, party members, union members and people to participate in implementing and registering the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model. Thereby, 114 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models have been built in association with new rural construction.

Mass mobilization work has been innovated in the direction of being close to the people, listening to and promptly grasping the legitimate aspirations of the people in order to have appropriate measures to help and support. The District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee advises local Party committees and authorities to resolve issues, cases, incidents, situations, difficult matters, and new matters arising at the grassroots level. Agencies, departments, and branches have expanded their approach to the people by organizing direct dialogues to find a common voice in resolving difficulties and problems, especially in site clearance, support, and resettlement.

On this occasion, Ninh Hai District Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 4 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" for the period 2022-2025 in the district.
