At noon on August 24, at the durian garden of Mr. Nguyen Cong Diem in Ea Knuec commune, Dak Lak province, Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Trinh, Secretary of the commune Party Committee, livestreamed to sell durian with farmers.
The program is broadcast simultaneously on many digital platforms: Facebook, Tiktok...
This is the first time in Dak Lak that a grassroots leader has directly "gone on air" to promote and support the consumption of agricultural products for the people.

Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Trinh said that organizing the livestream sales session aims to accompany villagers in learning digital transformation from "popular digital education".

“The goal of this livestream is not only to sell tons of durian, but also to promote the image and specialties of the homeland; encourage people to participate in digital transformation, from learning how to sell online to promoting local culture; affirm the quality of Dak Lak agricultural products in the market”, the Secretary of the Ea Knuec Commune Party Committee shared.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Lich (born in 1995, residing in Ea Knuec commune) excitedly said that his family currently has 2 hectares of durian, expected to harvest more than 20 tons this year. This is the first time the commune leader directly went to the garden to livestream to sell products to farmers, making him and everyone very excited.
"We hope that after the livestream, Ea Knuec durian will become known to many people, the market will expand, and people will be able to sell it at a more reasonable price," Mr. Lich hopes.

The livestream attracted thousands of views and many orders were "closed".
