Multi-talented female CEO with a passion for producing educational talk shows and a dream of making movies

Although she had no artistic talent since childhood, thanks to her connection witheducation , Phan Thuy Trang (32 years old) has found her hidden passion. And now, the young girl has gradually realized programs on education, family and created a playground for teachers, especially in the field of calligraphy and life skills.

We had a conversation with the female program production director of Hands Vietnam after she had just finished the Gala program "Journey to write the future - Love of writing and Vietnamese". The program has profound meaning for the beautiful handwriting industry, life skills, community and people who love beautiful handwriting nationwide.

Hello Thuy Trang, can you share about the Gala program that just took place?

On June 9th at Galaxy Theater 87 Lang Ha - Hanoi , we successfully organized "Gala Journey of Writing the Future - Love of Writing and Vietnamese Language" organized by Hands Vietnam. The program has a special and profound meaning for the beautiful writing industry, life skills, community and people who love beautiful writing nationwide. The program conveyed the message of love for writing and the rich beauty of Vietnamese language. Spreading deep inspiration about the dedication and efforts to preserve and promote beautiful writing, sowing green seeds, nurturing the love of writing and Vietnamese language in every Vietnamese person, at the same time spreading connections between the domestic community and the international overseas Vietnamese community!

What made you always have an artistic soul and a desire to make films and educational programs?

Born into a family with a long tradition of education. When I was born, I was the 19th generation, living in a 200-year-old wooden house, built with wood contributed by my great-grandfather's students. On the altar, there is still a royal decree from my great-grandfather when he was a teacher for the king in the Royal Academy. That tradition continued until my father was still the principal of the school I attended. I think that this good tradition is like a gene in every cell that urged me to find my passion deep in my soul through the path of education.

It is true that after many experiences and growth in different fields, all fates eventually lead me back to education, as if to continue the noble values ​​of my ancestors.

When I met Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong and Mr. Nguyen Tien Nha and the educational path they were pursuing, I realized that they were great teachers that I was lucky to meet in my life. I found a strong inspiration for the ideal path: Education is based on the foundation of love and that love needs to be practiced by everyone from family, work to life. That has created a strong motivation for the creativity and dream of Hands to inspire education through many event programs.

Can you share more about the person who inspired you to do programs like the recent gala?

Talking about the person who inspires me the most is probably Ms. Huong - Co-founder of Handsgroup. She is a boss who is different from other bosses, because Ms. Huong manages human resources with her own culture and she has her own ideal system of life. Notably, filial piety to parents, love in the family, and strong solidarity between siblings and between people living together are the foundation of a meaningful quality of life.

As an educational administrator, especially choosing the field of Writing and Vietnamese, she spreads those things to the system of teachers and staff working at Hands and builds a unique organizational culture with its own mark that cannot be mixed with any other style. When interacting and being with her for a while, I feel that life is happier, deeper and more meaningful, feeling the passion that has been hidden deep down is urged to sprout.

So my life turned to the path of education administration as it is now, and I want to do more than that. For me, being creative and contributing is an endless passion. That is what makes me happy and each successful program I produce is the motivation for me to try harder on this path.

The recent Gala program organized by Hands has created a buzz and created a lot of sympathy for the audience. So where did the material to form the program come from?

When organizing inspirational educational events, there will be many elements of Hands Culture in those events, which are things that are truly practiced in Hands leaders and teams: Love for teaching, love for students, understanding and respect for differences, the language of compassion, love for writing and Vietnamese... And also the values ​​of the moral foundation and quintessence of Vietnamese culture: Love in the family, the feminine virtue of women, solidarity between brothers and sisters, filial piety... These values ​​carry many traditional values, through what our ancestors of the Vietnamese people thousands of years ago taught and passed down through each generation, but are renewed in a more modern and internationalized way, so that one day the next generation can confidently stand shoulder to shoulder with international friends. Hands wishes to train a generation of teachers and students who are global citizens but fully possess the soul of the Vietnamese people, and carry that mission to convey not only to domestic but also to overseas Vietnamese children.

What message do you want to convey through the program?

The Gala “Journey to Write the Future - Love for Writing and Vietnamese Language” is part of a series of inspiring events of Hands culture organized by Hands Vietnam with the desire to carry out inspirational programs and create profound touches not only for teachers who are tirelessly and silently sowing green seeds of love for writing on blank pages of notebooks every day. But Hands Vietnam also wants to awaken the love of the young generation for writing and Vietnamese language.

We have succeeded in spreading the message about the importance of handwriting and Vietnamese culture. Every teacher needs to know how to preserve, nurture and promote the love of writing, Vietnamese language and together inspire, write a humane educational journey with love so that every teacher is happy on the journey to create generations of students living in happiness. And from there, we will further cultivate the love of writing and Vietnamese language of our homeland, just as the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong once said: "Writing is also a manifestation of human character". And on the journey of cultivating human character, although there are many difficulties and obstacles, it will contribute significantly to preserving and promoting the extremely good values ​​of Vietnamese culture.

What do you feel most proud and happy about when doing the programs?

The proudest thing when implementing the programs is the solidarity of the Hands team. They are both staff and students of boss Nguyen Thi Huong and teacher Nguyen Tien Nha. Although each of them is a manager with a specific role and task, they can completely transform into professional MCs and singers. They have souls imbued with Hands culture, so they can naturally highlight Hands cultural materials on stage. That is an asset of the business that we call "assets that can walk on the ground".

In the future, to fulfill its mission, HANDS will not only stop at language (writing and Vietnamese) but will delve into conveying Hands Culture, through many subjects (Practice beautiful handwriting, Life skills, Presentation skills, Good writing skills...), through many events, programs and possibly through many film projects that we will deploy in the near future.

So what special plans does Hands Vietnam have in the future?

This fall, Hands will see you again in the October program on the topic "Love in the family & Honoring female virtues". Each teacher and student at Hands not only teaches and learns knowledge but they are also imbued with beautiful Vietnamese cultural values ​​to instill in their hearts love for family, love for work, organization and patriotism.
