Previously, many Facebook accounts in Quang Tri shared 3 clips nearly 8 minutes long recording a female student being beaten by a group of friends in the restroom.
According to the images from 3 clips, a female student carrying a backpack on her back was forced by a group of friends to kneel down and apologize. When the female student apologized, she was hit on the head, had her shirt taken off, and her hair was dragged. When the female student knelt on the floor, the group of friends continued to curse, kicked her back, stomach, head, and used helmets to hit her head repeatedly. After that, the female student was also slapped repeatedly in the face. Witnesses cheered and took off their shirts, beat and kicked the female student.

According to the initial verification of the local education sector, on Monday afternoon (April 24), after making up 2 physics lessons, a female student of class 8E at Gio Linh Secondary School went to a coffee shop behind the school to wait for computer lessons 4 and 5 and met some 8th grade students from the same school and 2 10th grade students from the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education (Gio Linh Town). After that, these female students went to the school's restroom and got into a fight, which was recorded on video.
It is known that the cause of the incident was due to conflict on social networks.
