Many households in Phu Loi ward have repeatedly complained about weak and poor-quality tap water, directly affecting their daily lives. Ms. Trang Thanh Nhan, residing in area 19, stated: “The water flow is very weak, sometimes almost nonexistent. My family has to stay up late to monitor the water supply…” Mr. Tran Van Mieng, residing in area 8, shared that his family had to purchase a water filter and additional clean water for cooking, which was very expensive. “Household appliances like washing machines and water tanks quickly break down due to scale buildup; the washing machine is unusable because the water pressure is too low. We hope the authorities will soon find a solution so that people can have access to clean water,” said Mr. Tran Minh Man, residing in area 24.

The tap water is sometimes black and contains sediment.

Residents of Phu Loi ward hope that the water supply company and relevant authorities will soon investigate, determine the cause, and take timely corrective measures to ensure a clean and stable water supply for essential needs.
