Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, has just been appointed as Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee. The decision was announced at the Conference announcing the Politburo 's decision on personnel work, held at the Da Nang City Party Committee hall on the evening of October 16.

Attending the conference were Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung.

Accordingly, the Politburo assigned and appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang (51 years old), hometown Thanh Hoa province. Mr. Quang has a high level of political theory and a bachelor's degree in journalism.

Mr. Quang used to hold the positions of Deputy and Head of the News Department of Vietnam Television.

On November 11, 2019, the Prime Minister signed a decision to appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television.

By November 2020, he held the position of Permanent Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television.

On January 30, 2021, at the 13th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was elected as a member of the 13th Party Central Committee.

From April 1, 2021, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Le Ngoc Quang to hold the position of General Director of Vietnam Television.

From November 2024 to present, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang has been appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee.

After merging Quang Binh and Quang Tri provinces, Mr. Quang continued to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee (new).

At the first Congress of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term held in early October, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang was appointed by the Politburo and the Secretariat to continue holding the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.
