Audited financial data for the first 6 months of 2025 of Bao Minh recorded net revenue from insurance business activities reaching VND 2,690.2 billion, an increase of 5.4% over the same period in 2024. Profit after tax reached nearly VND 143.5 billion, a slight increase compared to the first half of last year.
As of June 30, 2025, Bao Minh's total assets reached VND 7,453.5 billion, down 3.8% compared to the beginning of the year. In the asset structure, short-term financial investments accounted for the largest proportion with VND 3,426.8 billion (46%).

On the other side of the balance sheet, the company's total liabilities stood at VND4,625.4 billion, down 6.8% compared to the beginning of the year. Of which, insurance reserves accounted for the main proportion with more than VND3,310 billion (71.6% of total debt).
According to an announcement from Bao Minh, the company will issue more than 17.9 million shares to pay dividends in 2024. The exercise ratio is 200:27, meaning that shareholders owning 200 shares on the record date will receive 27 new shares.
The last registration date for the allocation of rights is October 14, 2025. The capital for this issuance is taken from undistributed profit after tax, based on the company's 2024 audited financial report. The total issuance value at par value is nearly VND 179.1 billion.
If the issuance is successful, Bao Minh's charter capital will increase from more than VND1,326.4 billion to nearly VND1,505.5 billion. The number of outstanding shares will increase accordingly from more than 132.6 million units to more than 150.5 million units.
With the current ownership of nearly 67.3 million BMI shares (as of June 30, 2025), state shareholder SCIC is expected to receive nearly 9.1 million new shares from this dividend payment.
