Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong is Director of the Department of Information and Communications.

On November 12, the Standing Committee of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh Province Nguyen Tien Thanh; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Than presented decisions and congratulated the provincial officials who had just received new assignments.

According to the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications, replacing Mr. Do Nhu Lam.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong , 41 years old, from Hong Minh commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province; has a university degree in information technology; Master's degree in economic management. Before becoming Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong was Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong gave a speech accepting the assignment.

With the above decision, the Department of Information and Communications of Thai Binh province currently has Director Nguyen Minh Hong and 2 Deputy Directors Vu Xuan Thanh and Nguyen Thi Hong Thai.

Also according to the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, Mr. Do Nhu Lam , Director of the Provincial Department of Information and Communications was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Mr. Pham Dung , Deputy Director of the Department of Construction was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Transport; Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan , Head of the Emulation and Reward Department - Department of Home Affairs was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
