Mr. Phan Manh Hung holds the position of Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee.

On February 5, the Standing Committee of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision, transfer and appoint the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Vu Khiem, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of officials. Accordingly, Mr. Phan Manh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, ceased to hold the position of Member of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee for the 2021-2026 term, came to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board and was appointed as Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board.

In his speech assigning tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Vu Dai Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive results of the mass mobilization work in recent times. Given the importance of mass mobilization work, especially in the new situation, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Phan Manh Hung to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee. This is the trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in the mass mobilization work and comrade Phan Manh Hung personally.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Phan Manh Hung expressed his great honor and responsibility before the Party and the People. He sincerely thanked the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for their attention and trust, and fully accepted and understood the opinions and the Provincial Party Secretary himself to continue to make more efforts, worthy of the recognition of the Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Phan Manh Hung (born in 1976), from Hai Trach commune, Bo Trach district, has a high level of political theory; professional qualifications, PhD in economics. Former Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Secretary of the Quang Ninh District Party Committee, Director of the Quang Binh Department of Finance.

Previously, Mr. Le Van Bao, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, was transferred, appointed and approved for the position of Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
