Mr. Tran Tien Sy holds the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quang Tri province for the 2023 - 2028 term.

On June 30, the Farmers' Association of Quang Tri province held a conference to announce decisions on the organization and apparatus of the Farmers' Association at two levels in Quang Tri province. Attending were representatives of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

At the conference, the Provincial Farmers' Association announced the decisions of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association, including: Establishing the Quang Tri Provincial Farmers' Association on the basis of merging the Quang Binh Provincial Farmers' Association and the Quang Tri Provincial Farmers' Association, with 77 association bases, 1,934 branches, and 240,077 affiliated members.

Appoint the Standing Committee of the Farmers' Association of Quang Tri province for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of 5 people; appoint the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Quang Tri province for the 2023-2028 term, consisting of 31 people.

Appoint Mr. Tran Tien Sy to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quang Tri province for the 2023-2028 term, Mr. Mai Van Nam to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quang Tri province for the 2023-2028 term.

On this occasion, the Provincial Farmers' Association announced the decision to end the organization and operation of 17 Farmers' Association units at district, town and city levels and the decision to end the organization and operation of 263 Farmers' Association units at commune level in Quang Binh province and Quang Tri province (old) from July 1, 2025.

Announcement of the decision to establish and appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association at the commune level in Quang Tri province. Of which, there are 77 Chairmen, 241 Vice Chairmen, 658 Standing Committee members, 2,764 Executive Committee members of the Farmers' Association at the commune and ward levels in Quang Tri province.
