To realize the goal of rapid and sustainable development of Dak Lak province after the merger, the Political Report submitted to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term identified 9 key task groups and 4 strategic breakthroughs for the 2025 - 2030 period.

These are core contents, with consistent guidance, creating a strong foundation and motivation to bring Dak Lak province to develop richly, civilizedly, with identity, and together with the whole country, enter a new era, the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
