Research on specific mechanisms applied to Quy Nhon – Chi Thanh component project

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just issued a directive on urgently reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles in four key transport projects scheduled to be completed in 2025.

The projects include: expressway component projects Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan, Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon and Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh sections.

After reviewing the report of the Ministry of Construction, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested relevant localities and ministries to quickly complete site clearance, ensure adequate supply of materials for construction; at the same time, strictly control the progress and quality of the project, promptly handle delayed contractors to ensure the goal of opening traffic on schedule.

As for the Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh component project through Dak Lak province, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant agencies to study the specific mechanism applicable to the project, complete the procedures to expand the stone mining area of ​​Phu Yen Road Management and Repair Joint Stock Company in Tan Lap village (Tuy An Nam commune) before September 20, to promptly provide enough asphalt concrete stone for the Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh component project.

At the same time, the province needs to extend and increase the capacity of Huy Thien Phu stone mine to reserve supply if mining procedures do not meet the schedule.

In particular, the Deputy Prime Minister also requested the Ministry of Construction to closely monitor contractors showing signs of slow progress in the final stages of the project; and direct Project Management Board 85 to coordinate with the authorities of Dak Lak province to complete procedures for exploiting asphalt stone material mines, ensuring adequate supply on schedule.
