Organize 11 job fairs

Mr. Le Hai Ly, Director of Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center, said: In November, the Center organized 11 job fairs in the province. Of which, in the East of Dak Lak, 4 sessions were organized in the communes of Phu Hoa 1, Tuy An Nam, Tuy An Bac, Tuy An Tay; in the West of Dak Lak, 7 sessions were organized in the communes of Cu M'gar, Ea Bung, Ea Sup, Buon Don and Ea Nuol.

The job fairs attracted thousands of workers; there were 4 companies recruiting workers inside and outside the province participating, namely: HIMAWARI Service Joint Stock Company, ROCHDALE SPEARS Company Limited (Ho Chi Minh City), Phong Phu Phu Yen International Investment Joint Stock Company and Bao Chau Phu Yen Green Energy Company Limited.

A large number of workers and young people participated in the job fair in Tuy An Bac commune.

Job fairs provide timely information on the labor market inside and outside the province, information on overseas work programs under contracts for workers, contributing to the effective implementation of the work of connecting labor supply and demand in the locality.

At the same time, create opportunities for rural workers, especially young people, to access necessary and useful information on employment support policies; create favorable conditions for businesses and employers to introduce and promote their image, information on labor recruitment needs, policies and requirements for each job position, etc., approach, exchange and interview directly with workers to select qualified human resources suitable for recruitment needs.

It is known that in the first 9 months of the year, the Provincial Employment Service Center organized 16 job transaction sessions and 2 job fairs, thereby providing job and career counseling and policies to 64,481 people...
