Attending and watching the final night were comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrade Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations of the province, localities in the province and a large number of people and tourists from all over the country.

5 excellent candidates entered the behavioral round.

Opening the Final night, in a modern, colorful space, the contestants performed Ao Dai with the theme "Colorful Dien Bien " by designer Tran Hien, inspired by the unique patterns of the Pieu scarf of the Thai ethnic community and many Mong ethnic brocade motifs.

Attending the final night, the contestants went through 3 competitions including: Performing traditional costumes of ethnic groups with the theme "Blooming Ban Flowers"; competing in swimsuits with the theme "Brilliant Spring Shape" and evening gowns "Charming Ban Flowers".

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the award to First Beauty Phan Tran Linh Dan.

Through 3 rounds, the Organizing Committee selected the 5 best contestants to enter the behavioral round; the contestants chose and answered the questions given by the judges. This was an opportunity for the contestants to affirm their understanding of social knowledge; public speaking ability and most of all, the intelligence of Miss Hoa Ban.

Comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Second Beauty Award to contestant Vu Thao Van.

With outstanding physical beauty, talent and intelligence, contestant Phan Tran Linh Dan from Dien Bien Phu city won the crown of Miss Hoa Ban 2025; contestant Vu Thao Van from the Departmentof Education and Training won the second Miss Beauty award and contestant Doan Thi Dieu Huyen from Tua Chua district won the third Miss Beauty award.

Comrade Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, awarded the Third Beauty Award to contestant Doan Thi Dieu Huyen.

The 2025 Hoa Ban Beauty Contest was held to honor the comprehensive beauty of women associated with the image of Hoa Ban - the symbolic flower of the heroic land of Dien Bien. With elaborate investment in stage, sound, light and confident, graceful performances of the contestants, they left a good impression on the audience. Thereby, it contributed to introducing the traditional cultural identity of ethnic groups and promoting the socio -economic development of Dien Bien province in particular and the Northwest region in general./.
