Launching the Logo Design Contest for the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien

Accordingly, the Contest was launched to contribute to arousing pride, raising awareness of preserving and promoting historical traditions, unique cultural values of the people of Dien Bien province. Thereby, enhancing understanding of the cultural and historical traditions of Dien Bien province, towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Cultural Sector's Traditional Day (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025).

The contestants are organizations and individuals inside and outside Dien Bien province. Members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury are allowed to participate in the contest but are not allowed to judge their own works.

The logo must reflect in graphic language the typical image of the functions, tasks, and management authority of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Dien Bien province . It must be highly artistic and general, easily recognizable, simple, easy to understand, capable of being used on many materials, tools, and combined with the words "Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Dien Bien province". It is officially used in information, propaganda, and promotion activities, serving the political tasks, economic development, socio-culture, internal and external affairs of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Dien Bien province .

The logo of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien province must be designed using a computer, on A4 white paper, the largest drawing size must not exceed 15cm, and must be presented in no more than 3 colors.

Each group or individual can submit 5 logo designs to the contest. The author must submit the logo design on A4 paper and a description of the logo idea to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien province.

Regarding the award structure, the Organizing Committee will award 1 First Prize, worth 10,000,000 VND and 2 Consolation Prizes, each worth 2,500,000 VND.

Organizations and individuals send their entries by post or directly to the Department of Culture and Family Management, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien province, Group 21, Him Lam ward, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province or via Email [email protected].

The deadline for submission of entries is August 15, 2025, postmarked or emailed. The announcement and award ceremony is scheduled for August 23, 2025.
