Launching the campaign "Planting trees to forever remember Uncle Ho"

BTO-On the occasion of the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, on the morning of May 19, the Veterans Association of Tan Ha commune, Duc Linh district organized the launch of "Planting trees to forever remember Uncle Ho" in 2023.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, the leader of Tan Ha commune called on local people to follow Uncle Ho's teachings by actively planting, caring for and protecting trees, contributing to protecting the living environment and building a beautiful rural landscape.

After the launching ceremony, Veterans Association members and people in Tan Ha commune planted 300 bougainvillea trees along both sides of some roads in village 1.

This is a meaningful activity, contributing to raising awareness among people of all walks of life about the role and benefits of tree planting, creating environmental landscapes, and building an increasingly green - clean - beautiful locality.

It is known that in 2023, Duc Linh district will plant about 8,300 trees, including: star apple, oil tree, areca tree, purple crape myrtle tree, yellow orchid, yellow trumpet tree, bougainvillea... on rural and intra-field traffic routes in the district.
