At around 7:45 p.m. the same day, the task force stopped to check a car traveling on Highway 26 and discovered that the driver, NVH (born in 1983, residing in Krong Pac district), had his left hand in his jacket pocket. Seeing something unusual, the officer on duty asked the driver to present relevant documents and took his hand out of his pocket and discovered that the driver had a missing hand.
Immediately afterwards, the police force drew up a record of the violation of not having a driver's license and temporarily detained the vehicle. In addition to the above behavior, the police agency is continuing to verify the vehicle owner to handle the behavior of handing over the vehicle to an unqualified person to drive.
