The task of mobilizing human resources and vehicles from the lowland communes is almost impossible to carry out.

Talking to us, Colonel Ho Quyet Thang, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province, said: "Given the actual situation, we have directed the Border Guard stations on the border to mobilize the maximum number of troops to join the local authorities and other forces to respond and help the people. First of all, priority is given to ensuring the safety of people's lives, along with the troops performing other tasks, promoting the role of the medical team to treat people when they are injured or sick."
