Agencies and units have determined action programs, implemented key tasks, promoted economic development, ensured national defense and security, cared for social security and built Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space.

To date, the city has had more than 5,000 Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space institutions. Many of these institutions have been established in agencies, units, schools, hospitals, armed forces units, religious and belief establishments, public spaces, markets, businesses, boarding houses, apartments, private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, etc., including online.
