The Congress was honored to welcome Major General Truong Minh Duong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department to attend and directly direct the Congress.

In the spirit of promoting democracy and high responsibility, the Congress focused on discussing and approving documents of the Party Executive Committee of the commune submitted to the Congress; approved the report summarizing comments on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress also assessed the achievements, pointed out the shortcomings, causes, and lessons learned in the process of merging and operating the new government organization; and passed a Resolution on the direction, goals, and tasks of socio -economic development, national defense, security, and Party building and political system building for the 2025-2030 term.

Based on the synthesis of enthusiastic contributions, the Congress clearly identified major orientations, key tasks and main solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Major General Truong Minh Duong commended the outstanding achievements that the Party Committee and People of Phu Son Lam Ha commune have achieved in the past term.

He emphasized that Phu Son Lam Ha needs to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, maintaining the great national unity bloc, focusing on socio-economic development associated with ensuring national defense and security, and building an increasingly strong political system.

He requested the commune to quickly stabilize its organization, focus on socio-economic development in the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear results, clear deadlines, clear roadmaps"; maximize the potential and advantages of the locality for sustainable development.

In addition to the 13 breakthroughs identified by the Congress, he requested the Party Committee to pay attention to social security, poverty reduction, creating a favorable environment for the development of the private economy; promoting comprehensive digital transformation; strengthening Party building in terms of a strong political system; strengthening national security and defense; maintaining social order and safety; and not allowing complicated hotspots to occur at the grassroots level.
