The Party Committee and the Corps Command always identify combat readiness work as a key, regular political task, a measure of leadership and command capacity at all levels. Thoroughly grasping the Party's military and defense viewpoints and guidelines, the Corps has proactively reviewed, adjusted, supplemented, and perfected the system of documents, plans, and practical combat plans, suitable to the characteristics of the area, objects, and tasks. Units strictly maintain discipline and combat readiness regime; actively practice, train, and improve mobility; the overall quality, level, combat readiness capacity, and mobility of the Corps are improved, maintaining the initiative in all situations.

The Party Committee and the Corps Command have always paid close attention to and directed the logistics, technical and financial work, considering it a direct factor in ensuring the improvement of combat strength and soldiers' lives. The system of warehouses, stations, workshops and infirmaries has been consolidated and upgraded synchronously; the work of preserving, maintaining and repairing weapons and technical equipment has been carried out in accordance with procedures, maintaining good technical coefficients. Production has been effectively promoted, ensuring self-sufficiency in food and food; the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers has been increasingly improved. The budget has been managed and operated strictly, economically, openly and transparently; democratic regulations have been strictly implemented, violations have been prevented, contributing to maintaining financial discipline, ensuring good performance for all tasks.
