Developing infrastructure and facilities for tourism development

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the department has coordinated with the Department of Finance to review the list of projects attracting and calling for investment in the province. It is expected that there will be 15 projects in the field of culture and tourism and 4 projects related to tourism; with a total scale of 11,794.16 hectares, estimated investment capital of 14,330 billion VND and according to the proposal of the investor.

The project to invest in infrastructure to serve tourism in 8 communes along Tien river (phase 2) has been completed and put into use... Regarding waterways, the Muong Lo canal - Cai Muoi river has been dredged to serve the development of waterway tourism in the province.

The tourist wharf at the South bank park of Ben Tre river in My Thanh An commune has been completed, with a total investment of 12.5 billion VND. Currently, Ben Tre ward is building the project "Exploiting inland waterway infrastructure assets" (leasing the right to exploit Ben Tre ward tourist wharf).
