Bac Ninh homeland with its rich cultural identity is an abundant resource to develop unique cultural tourism products, creating a difference and helping visitors have more experiences.

The MV Bắc Bling released in early March 2025 is a typical example of the successful combination of art and culture with media and tourism . The images imbued with Kinh Bac in the MV are modern and emotional, helping to introduce and promote the beauty of Bac Ninh-Kinh Bac, arousing the desire to explore and experience in the audience. Taking advantage of the MV's appeal, Bac Ninh province immediately directed the organization of free tours . This is a quick decision, showing the province's timely response and also a strategic step to upgrade the experience, modernize the way of promoting culture, and bring heritage to life in a contemporary atmosphere.

Preliminary summary of the organizing unit, after 3 months of implementing the free tour "Bac Ninh Cultural Quintessence - Heritage Colors", nearly 12 thousand visitors have participated in experiencing the relics and tourist attractions of the province. Tourists enthusiastically expressed their love and deep impressions of the unique values of Bac Ninh's cultural heritage. Many people hope that the province will maintain and expand tours and routes connecting many destinations in Bac Ninh province after rearranging administrative units.

In the book "Cultural diplomacy - Theoretical basis, international experience and application", Associate Professor, Doctor Pham Thai Viet affirmed: In the past, when referring to national strength, people often thought of economic potential, military, human resources, resources, soil, nuclear weapons, oil... but now culture is of great interest and mentioned a lot in all forums from parliament to public opinion in the social community... Culture as soft power is not exclusive but has a pervasive and resonant nature.

Identifying culture as the foundation, cultural industry as the driving force and tourist experience as the center, Bac Ninh tourism industry is focusing on developing specific products including: Learning about Quan Ho culture; eco-tourism; experience tourism in craft villages; spiritual tourism through ancient Kinh Bac pagodas such as Phat Tich, Vinh Nghiem, Bo Da, Am Vai, But Thap...; investing in specialized service clusters in heritage spaces such as Diem village, Dong Ho painting village, Tho Ha ancient village...; developing infrastructure for new products such as Cau River cruise; linking culture with music products, documentaries, games, building digital media products, smart tourism software, online relic maps...

Despite its abundant cultural resources, Bac Ninh tourism has yet to "take off" to its full potential. The main reason lies in the lack of unique and in-depth tourism products; accommodation and shopping services are still scattered and fragmented; tourists often come and go during the day, with no reason to stay longer and spend more.

Experts suggest that in order for tourism to become a spearhead economic sector, Bac Ninh needs to persistently go further, develop a tourism ecosystem in the direction of taking culture as a consistent axis, creating unique products and flexibly connecting with areas of the cultural industry. In particular, focusing on developing complementary tourism services to stimulate spending needs of visitors; attracting strategic investors to the tourism sector; continuing to promote and advertise the province's cultural heritage and tourist destinations on media, social networks, through tourism fairs, domestic and international famtrips. In addition, improving the effectiveness of state management and coordination between levels, sectors, localities, units and businesses in tourism development.
