VTV.vn - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decisions approving the election results and dismissal of the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Phan Thien Dinh holds the position of Chairman of Hue City People's Committee.

Specifically, in Decision No. 2403/QD-TTg dated October 29, 2025, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Phan Thien Dinh was born on December 10, 1971; hometown: Thuan An ward, Hue city (Phu Hai commune, Phu Vang district, former Thua Thien Hue province). He has a Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Law, Master of Public Administration, and Senior in Political Theory.

Mr. Phan Thien Dinh has many years of experience in the field of inspection, planning and investment, and has held important positions in Thua Thien Hue province (old) such as: Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hue city (old)...

* At the same time, in Decision No. 2402/QD-TTg dated October 29, 2025, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City for the 2021-2026 term.

The above Decisions take effect from October 29, 2025.
