The Legend of Mulan

Born into a family of reformed opera, her parents are artists My Hoa and Tan Minh. When she came to America, Trina followed the light music genre. However, the reformed opera melodies still echoed in her ears, and more than a year ago she unexpectedly sat down at the desk to write a script. After writing, she decided to produce and act in the film. The reformed opera blood from the previous generation still flows, so Trina "dared" to try her hand.

From 4 short scripts that she tried on her channel, Trina has now invested heavily in making the 150-minute film Mulan, which has just premiered at Lotte Cantavil Cinema. The film's director is artist Chi Linh, who is good at teaching students and creating plays for young people; he is both the art director and teaches Trina singing and acting. He commented: "Trina is smart and very enthusiastic, dedicated to her profession. Luckily, Trina has learned a little martial arts, so playing the role of the martial artist Mulan is quite easy. The whole crew and I worked together with Trina because we were touched by her passion."

During the days of filming Mulan Story in Long Hai (Ba Ria-Vung Tau), the weather was very hot at the peak, the cai luong artists had to wear many layers of clothes, armor, dance, choreograph... which was quite hard, but TK Trina still worked hard with all her heart. When her role was over, she continued to check the stages and encourage everyone. She revealed that she was healthy thanks to martial arts and gym training.

The film features many artists familiar to the audience such as: Hoang Hai (as Ly Luong), Chi Linh (Hua Mulan's father), Van Ha (Hua Mulan's mother), Ngan Tuan (marshal), Chi Bao (Hung Nu general), To Chau (king of the Sui Dynasty)... so the professional quality is guaranteed. When Mulan Story was released to the audience, TK Trina expressed: "My only wish is to keep the fire of Cai Luong burning, bringing Cai Luong closer to the young generation".
