Standing Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee visits outstanding teachers

On the morning of November 19, a delegation of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee led by Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai visited and paid tribute to outstanding teachers.

The delegation visited Professor Nguyen Tan Phat, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of Education and Training , former director of Ho Chi Minh City National University.

Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai visited, congratulated and expressed his respect for Professor Nguyen Tan Phat's great contributions to the education sector and the country's development.

Professor Nguyen Tan Phat shared his joy at receiving attention from the city's leaders and hoped that the city's education sector would continue to develop more strongly to train truly excellent future generations.

Mr. Phat said that despite his old age, he is still passionate and will continue to contribute his experience to the education and training career.

The delegation also visited People's Teacher, Associate Professor, Doctor Ly Hoa, Hero of Labor, former Principal of the University.

Mr. Hai expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions of teacher Ly Hoa, especially his pioneering role in educational innovation. On this occasion, the delegation wished Mr. Ly Hoa good health, happiness and continued inspiration for the younger generation.

The delegation also visited the family of People's Teacher, Associate Professor, Doctor Huynh Van Hoang, former principal of the University of Technology.

The leaders of the City Party Committee burned incense to commemorate and acknowledge the contributions of teacher Huynh Van Hoang to the development of education and science and technology in Ho Chi Minh City.

He also wished his family good health, happiness and continued promotion of the proud tradition of the family of teachers.
