The Department of Education and Training (DET) organized the 43rd Anniversary Ceremony of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025). Attending were comrade Le Hai Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders and former leaders of the Department of Education and Training of the province through the periods; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

Special cultural program to celebrate the anniversary.

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the tradition of Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20 and looked back at the important achievements and contributions of the provincial education sector in recent years. The Department of Education and Training has always strived to complete the target of building national standard schools according to the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress. By the end of 2025, there will be 7 schools meeting national standards, reaching 100% of the assigned target; in the entire period of 2021 - 2025, there will be 40/30 schools meeting standards, reaching a rate of 133%.

Maintain and develop the results of universal education at all levels; maintain the quality of mass education with over 96% of students completing all levels; the high school graduation rate reaches 98.8%, an increase of 0.88% compared to 2024. The field of STEM education develops strongly, standing out compared to the whole country, winning 4 international awards in the field of Robotics. The Department of Education and Training was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Ministry of Education and Training for outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning, period 2020 - 2025"; 4 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister for their outstanding achievements in work.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa highly appreciated the proactiveness and flexibility in direction and management, the spirit of daring to think and dare to do of the collective leadership of the Department of Education and Training; acknowledged the silent contributions of each cadre, civil servant, employee, worker, teacher of the education sector - those who have been and are dedicating themselves to the cause of "growing people". In particular, he expressed deep gratitude to the former leaders of the Department, civil servants, employees, and workers through the periods who laid the foundation and fostered the development of the province's education sector.

Propose that the education sector continue to promote the 43-year tradition of construction and growth; maintain the spirit of solidarity and unity; be more proactive and creative in consulting and management work; improve the quality of the teaching staff, promote digital transformation in management and teaching; determined to successfully implement the goals and targets set by the 20th Provincial Party Congress and the education sector.
