Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Dang Hong Sy attended the 1st Ham Thuan Nam Commune Party Congress

Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee (right) and Comrade Le Huy Toan, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television attended the Congress.

The congress was attended by 160 official delegates representing 930 party members from 38 party cells and grassroots party committees. Comrade Dang Hong Sy, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, attended and delivered a speech directing the congress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Hong Sy and leaders of departments, branches and sectors of Lam Dong province attended the Congress.

Ham Thuan Nam commune was merged from Ham Minh commune and Thuan Nam town. Considered a mountainous commune, with a total natural area of 111.82 ^km2 ; total population of 32,771 people.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Hoang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ham Thuan Nam commune, emphasized: The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the commune is a particularly important political event, in the context that the whole country is implementing the arrangement of commune-level administrative units and organizing the 2-level local government apparatus.
