On the morning of August 7, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province Pham Thi Phuc had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Dung commune and Quang Khe commune (Lam Dong) to grasp the difficulties and problems after the merger.

After more than 1 month of implementing the post-merger tasks, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the communes issued regulations and assigned tasks to members, staff, and consultants. The units held conferences of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the communes to announce the decisions to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front agency and appoint the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman and introduce themselves to receive the tasks.

The local Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a meeting of the front bloc to deploy the coordination work of organizing propaganda for the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of the communes, term 2025-2030. The activities of organizations such as the Women's Union, Youth Union, Veterans' Union, and Farmers' Association after the merger were basically stable.

In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Dung and Quang Khe communes will step up the implementation of the plan to organize the Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations. The units will continue to widely disseminate to the people the documents, directives and resolutions of the Party, State and Fatherland Fronts at all levels.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels regularly contribute ideas to Party and government building, and effectively carry out supervision and social criticism. The propaganda work for all classes of people to actively participate in movements, campaigns, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and economic development will be strengthened by the Fatherland Fronts at all levels.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Dung and Quang Khe communes raised difficulties and obstacles in the initial process of merging. Currently, some units have not yet allocated operating funds to the Front Committee and mass organizations, affecting the organization and implementation of activities. Facilities and working machines are still lacking and of poor quality. The working headquarters are cramped, and some working rooms of associations and mass organizations have deteriorated.

Concluding the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Pham Thi Phuc acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of both communes over the past time, especially during the period of implementing tasks after the merger. With the new model, new location, new tasks, many cadres have focused highly, overcoming difficulties to immediately complete the assigned tasks. In particular, in a very short time, the localities have focused urgently, completing all conditions to successfully organize the proposed Party Congress.
In the coming time, the task of socio-economic development is very heavy, requiring the entire political system to overcome all difficulties to participate more strongly and decisively. Localities try to promote and discover many initiatives and creative solutions to apply in the practical implementation of the apparatus.
Localities need to assign the right people, the right job, and the right expertise to the staff, in order to promote work efficiency during operation. "Only when the right people are assigned to the right job can the strengths and capabilities of the staff be maximized. Only then can the executive apparatus operate smoothly," Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Pham Thi Phuc directed.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the Party Committee, government, and Fatherland Front of localities need to concretize the Party's resolutions into life, to complete many key tasks such as: Poverty reduction, new rural construction...
On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Pham Thi Phuc inspected the operation of the Ta Dung Commune Public Administration Service Center.
