The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the communes and wards to overcome initial difficulties and complete their tasks well. In particular, continue to establish administrative discipline, pay attention to staff training; be proactive in arranging and reorganizing staff in the communes and wards; review the staff of the Public Administration Service Center to meet practical requirements. Closely coordinate with the Departments and branches to remove difficulties and resolve work within their authority. Prioritize the settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses, avoid backlogs and delays; ensure the organization of the 2-level local government apparatus to operate stably and smoothly, serve people and businesses better and better, promote socio-economic development and production and business in the area.
