On July 24, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions in the communes of Le Thuy, Cam Hong, Sen Ngu and Tan My. Accompanying him were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Home Affairs and the Party Committees and authorities of the communes.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Le Thach But, a war invalid, in Sen Binh village, Sen Ngu commune; Mrs. Le Thi Thu, whose son is martyr Le Thanh Duong, who is disabled and in difficult circumstances in Thanh Son village, Tan My commune; the family of Mr. Le Ngoc Tue, a 1/4 war invalid, paralyzed in Tan Hoa village, Cam Hong commune and Mr. Nguyen Cao Tuyen, a 1/4 war invalid, who is often sick in hamlet 8, Dai Phong village, Le Thuy commune.

At the places he visited, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien kindly asked about the health and life of the people and expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions and dedication of the families of the meritorious people, the wounded and sick soldiers in the cause of fighting, liberating the nation, and unifying the country; at the same time, he hoped that the families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, overcome all difficulties in life, and always be a shining example for future generations to follow.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that the Party Committees and authorities of the communes need to properly implement the policy of "Repaying gratitude", regularly paying attention to and taking care of the material and spiritual life of policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.

On this occasion, the delegation also offered incense at the historical relic of war crimes in Hoa Luat Nam village, Cam Hong commune.
