Provincial Police Women's Union held a thematic activity to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union.

On the morning of October 15, the Provincial Police Women's Committee organized a thematic activity program for female members of the Provincial Police to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union on October 20. Attending were Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; and leaders of the Provincial Women's Union.

At the program, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union. Over the past 94 years, under the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the Vietnam Women's Union in general and the Provincial Police women in particular have made many important contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Promoting that fine tradition, over the past time, the Provincial Police Women's Union has always been united, dynamic, creative, focused on innovating the content and methods of operation, building an increasingly strong Association; effectively implementing emulation movements and key tasks of the Association; actively encouraging members to continuously study to improve their qualifications to meet the requirements of assigned tasks.

Up to now, 85.3% of female members have college, university and post-graduate degrees, of which 16 comrades hold leadership positions, more than 100 comrades hold command positions in units. In most areas of work, female members of the Provincial Police actively participate. The annual professional work classification results show that over 80% of female members have achieved the title of advanced soldiers and emulation soldiers.

Along with professional work, most of the Provincial Police Women's Union members take good care of their family life and preserve the fine customs of Vietnamese family culture.

Speaking at the program, Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, acknowledged and commended the positive contributions of Ninh Binh police women in maintaining security and order, contributing significantly to the achievements and feats of the provincial police force.

Emphasizing the challenges and difficulties in the task of protecting political security and maintaining social order and safety in the coming time, the Provincial Police Director requested that women of the Provincial Police need to focus on thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing the instructions on women's work in the new situation. On that basis, advise the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Director to effectively lead and direct all aspects of women's work.

At the same time, closely follow the political tasks of the Provincial Police and each unit to organize activities, build appropriate and quality models and tasks. Innovate the content and methods of operation in the direction of focusing on the grassroots; promptly discover good practices and typical individuals to disseminate, replicate, commend, reward, and create a vibrant competitive atmosphere among members.

Focus on building a clean and strong Association, truly a reliable support for members. Actively coordinate with the Women's Union at all levels to mobilize cadres and members to actively participate in the fight against crime and social evils, contributing to ensuring good security and order in the province.

He also requested the Party Committees and leaders of the Public Security units in the province to pay attention and create favorable conditions for female members to have the opportunity to strive, contribute and develop; encourage women to actively compete to successfully carry out assigned political tasks, and take care to build happy families.

On this occasion, the Provincial Police Women's Union members listened to the leaders of the Gender and Development Faculty, Vietnam Women's Academy impart knowledge on skills to build, maintain family happiness and raise children in the digital age. Thereby, to help members resolve concerns, questions, and issues about building a happy and sustainable family, contributing to the successful completion of the Police work tasks in the new situation.
