• FROM HEART TO ACTION

According to the Women's Union of Da Lat City, as soon as the Da Lat City Party Committee implemented Conclusion 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the City Women's Union clearly defined the responsibilities and roles of its organization: not only studying correctly, but also studying creatively, in depth and in accordance with the characteristics of women.

From that concern, the idea of building a "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" at the City Association was formed. The model was launched by the Party Cell of the Women's Association - Labor Federation of Da Lat City in February 2025. This is not simply an area to display images and documents, but a cultural -educational project, a place to crystallize the feelings, intelligence and responsibility of the city's female cadres towards the beloved Father of the nation.

With the motto "From the heart to action", the model is elaborately designed, methodical, lively, easy to access, while maintaining the solemnity and sacredness of a political and cultural institution. Ho Chi Minh cultural space at the Women's Union of Da Lat City is built with 3 main thematic panels, combined with a system of books, artifacts, images and trees to create a harmonious, approachable and profound whole. The first panel is the image of Uncle Ho in the middle of a lotus pond - a symbol of his pure and devoted life. The second panel - also the center of the space is divided into 4 contents: Nguyen Sinh Cung with his homeland and family (introducing his childhood, family tradition and living environment that contributed to molding his great qualities); Nguyen Tat Thanh - The person searching for the shape of the country (the journey to find a way to save the country with aspirations to renew the nation); Glorious Party - Great Uncle Ho (His historical role in founding the Party, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, leading the nation to independence - freedom - happiness); Uncle Ho with Vietnamese women (this is a unique highlight, clearly showing the mark of the Women's Union. Uncle Ho's teachings, his image with Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, female soldiers, workers, intellectuals... are solemnly and emotionally displayed). The third panel displays Uncle Ho's famous sayings about women, which are immortal instructions that still retain their guiding value in the work of mobilizing women in the new era.

The special thing is that this space is not "framed" in a static area, but is always "moving" with activities associated with the Women's Union such as: thematic activities, discussion "Uncle Ho with women and family", storytelling contest about Uncle Ho, introducing new books, exhibition of documentary photos, historical quizzes... The space is also a place for each cadre and female member to reflect on themselves, learn and follow Uncle Ho's teachings through specific, practical actions.

• LEARNING SPACE - COMMUNICATION SPACE

The model of "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" at the Women's Union of Da Lat City does not stop at aesthetic beauty or symbolic meaning, but has truly become a "school without a blackboard", a place to nurture ideals, cultivate life values and foster public ethics and women's ethics. Through activities at the space, many cadres and members have had a clear change in awareness and action, learning from Uncle Ho from the smallest things such as: being on time, saving, working with dedication, behaving responsibly, caring for colleagues, the community... Female cadres and members are not only those who learn from Uncle Ho but also become those who spread and bring Ho Chi Minh's style into the family - community - society. The space has also become a familiar spiritual destination, where women find peace in the midst of busy work; a place that inspires them to do good deeds, live humanely, and contribute to the community.

Immediately after its launch, the model received attention and high appreciation from the leaders of the City Party Committee and departments, branches and organizations. The model was also selected as a typical reporting point in the city-level preliminary review conferences, contributing to creating motivation for grassroots Women's Union organizations to innovate their approach in studying and following Uncle Ho. In particular, the model has been conveying a strong message: "Women are not only recipients of ideological values, but also creators, spreaders and preservers of Ho Chi Minh's culture through their own lives."

The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space of the Women's Union of Da Lat City is a vivid demonstration of the smooth combination of theory and practice, tradition and innovation. The model suggests an effective direction for the concretization of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts in each field of the Union's work, each locality, each target group, spreading the flame of faith, morality and Ho Chi Minh's ideals in the hearts of Da Lat women today.
