What do you think about modern women? Is “virtue, beauty, speech and conduct” still the power that represents the beauty of women today?

I think, in modern times, the standards and abilities of women are different from the past. They are no longer limited to the standard of “virtue, beauty, speech and conduct” but have been expanded and diversified depending on the region.

In fact, many older women still believe that “virtue, beauty, speech, and behavior” are important moral standards for women to grow up and be happy. However, in big cities, new standards have been applied instead.

In my opinion, there are 3 criteria that help modern women find happiness and live an independent and confident life.

First is the ability to be financially independent and self-reliant. Not only do women need to have a job and earn money, but they also need to know how to spend money wisely. They will never spend all their money as they earn, but will always be independent, know how to manage finances and cash flow. This is a different ability from women in the past.

Financial independence and knowing how to earn money also help women to be independent, live freely and be happier. A financially independent woman will not be dependent on anyone, her role in the family is also different. Now there are many women who earn money so they have status, have a voice in society, own businesses or hold important roles and positions.

Therefore, they are confident, attractive, decisive, and make decisions faster. They rarely encounter difficult situations or sad love stories. Because they are financially independent, they also create a family full of laughter, build a peaceful lifestyle, and have a better material foundation for their husband and children. In particular, they have the ability to be managers, to be housewives, and to become the "key treasurer" in the family.

It can be said that women today are very active, they both work for the State and earn extra income. There are many ways out for women, once they consider independence important, they will naturally find a way to be financially independent.

The second ability of modern women is to know how to love. A woman who knows how to love will also know how to make herself interesting. She loves her parents, her job, her life, her home. When she knows how to love, she does not just hang around a man but knows how to love wisely, knows how to make life more poetic, and is not passive in life. At the same time, the ability to love also helps women realize what a worthy man is.

The third very important ability is the ability to improve oneself to become a better version. They will know how to beautify themselves, live with soul, not chase after material things, and know how to create a poetic life for themselves. They always learn, progress, and always find good things around them.

In particular, women who know how to love themselves will know how to take care of their appearance, know how to behave, and have polite words and gestures. They think, behave delicately, and have beautiful souls. Thus, women who know how to perfect themselves know how to make themselves more beautiful both inside and out in the eyes of others.

These are three very important abilities to help women achieve happiness. In addition, women also have many other abilities such as communication, understanding people, managing a family, building happiness... If they equip themselves with these things, surely modern women will gradually mature, have peace of mind and always feel happy.

The 4.0 era is the era of artificial intelligence, what opportunities and challenges will there be for women?

I think each woman will have different opportunities and challenges in the 4.0 era. However, in the new era, artificial intelligence will gradually replace some of women's jobs. Many traditional jobs will disappear and women will have to compete more, have to equip themselves with more knowledge about work, about globalization, about the new era, and if they slow down or stop, they will fall behind.

But there is one ability that will be very difficult to replace, that is the empathy and love of women. No robot or artificial intelligence can replace the sympathy, tolerance and love of women. Therefore, if a woman equips herself with the power of femininity, has love, tolerance and most importantly understanding, she will certainly find happiness in any era.

Thus, challenges and opportunities for women always go hand in hand in the new era. However, it must be said that women also have a challenge in becoming a person who knows how to balance between work and life; between earning money and enjoying; between following the standards and expectations of society and finding peace in their souls.

Do we need a new look at the beauty of modern women, ma'am?

Each era, the beauty standards of women also change, just like the definitions of beauty are different in each era. However, a confident woman in any era radiates beauty - the light of intelligence, knowledge, understanding. When a woman is self-aware, full and peaceful, that beauty will be very convincing, will not be determined by the standards of society.

If we talk about the beauty of women that lasts over time, I think it is confidence, wisdom, and understanding. Moreover, confident women will know how to inspire those around them.

To keep up with the trend and not be left behind, what skills do modern women need to equip themselves with?

In my opinion, that is the aspect of a modern woman keeping up with technology, society, and the pace of life and also needing to understand many fields.

In addition to the qualities and abilities that help to succeed at work, it is necessary to equip oneself with many other types of abilities such as language, knowledge of technology, learning about communication to behave skillfully, mastering international etiquette, diplomacy, travel, gestures, etc.

If I were to choose a skill for a young girl in this era, it would be to love beauty, the foundation of a beautiful and confident woman that will help them have opportunities, luck and sympathy.

Therefore, women need to know how to build their own image, about technology, about social networks, about how to behave with people around them. From there, they are confident in communication, create a personal mark, create a positive image.

Instead of equipping women with modern skills, let's ask, what prevents women from finding happiness? What limitations prevent them from receiving outside information?

I think modern women must have communication skills, professional style, build personal image, and create an impressive style for themselves.

Second, understand people to love, to guide and help create harmony in the family and at work.

Third, control your emotions, live a balanced life and have peace of mind. This ability is extremely important because women are sometimes caught up in their own emotional ups and downs. Because of the lack of emotional control, women easily fall into the “trap” of love, making themselves weak.

Above all, they need to have the ability to organize and manage the family, know how to arrange, nurture, and guide, not just do everything. In my opinion, these are the abilities that women really need in this era.

Building your self-image comes from within, not from the images you post on social media.

What should modern women do to build themselves positively?

This is a good question. In fact, there are many women who are struggling outside, hesitant to express themselves not only online but also in real life. There are many professions or jobs that require you to be discreet, to keep yourself. Usually, people who work in government agencies or organizations that have strict requirements about their image will not appear on social networks too often, will not be allowed to give their opinions arbitrarily or post sensitive images.

However, there are also people who, thanks to social networks and activities on the internet, have become successful and famous in real life. Many people have a large income because they have influence and attraction thanks to building a personal image.

Many people misunderstand that only actors, singers, and celebrities need to build a personal image and connect. If you look around, you will see how important and beneficial it is to create a personal image. There are people who build their personal image through their stories and activities. Knowing how to build a personal image has helped a lot, there will be unexpected successes or opportunities.

Therefore, to build your self-image, you must start from within, not from the images you post on social networks. Real values must come from people, expertise, abilities, and spiritual experiences. That is what creates sympathy and impressions with people around you, not by embellishing and polishing your name with shiny images and posts on social networks.

As someone who values a balanced lifestyle, I have a few tips. That is, when living in a fast-paced city, of course I have to practice time management, communication, creating goodwill and leadership skills to coordinate work smoothly.

In particular, never let yourself fall into a crisis due to lack of time and spending too much time on work without taking care of yourself, neglecting yourself. The ability to adapt to a life that is changing too quickly is to learn and progress. Progress comes from observing the people around you. Arranging time so that you can rest, have time to stop, have time to "recharge" your energy is extremely important.
