Bac Giang Ward commends 139 advanced models

Bac Giang Ward was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of the wards: Tho Xuong, Ngo Quyen, Xuong Giang, Hoang Van Thu, Tran Phu, Dinh Ke and Dinh Tri; population of nearly 124 thousand people with 97 residential groups.

In the period of 2020-2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, government, cadres, party members and people of the ward, the tradition of solidarity, hard work and creativity has been promoted, bringing the emulation movement to develop vigorously and comprehensively in all fields.

Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Dang Dinh Hoan, Secretary of the Bac Giang Ward Party Committee, awarded Certificates of Merit to two individuals with outstanding achievements.

In the economic field, the movements of “Good production and business”, “Good labor, creative labor”, “Promoting initiatives and technical improvements”... have been widely deployed, contributing to promoting economic growth and improving people's lives. Many new business models and the application of science and technology in production have brought about remarkable results.

The cultural and social fields continued to maintain their effectiveness, notably the movements: "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning", "All people unite to build a cultural life", "Bac Giang joins hands for the poor", "Repaying gratitude", "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses"... The quality of education was improved, 100% of schools met national standards; cultural, artistic and mass sports activities developed strongly, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people.

In the field of internal affairs, the movements "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture" and "Office smiles" associated with administrative reform and building an effective and efficient government have been vigorously implemented. The movements "Emulation for national security" and "Emulation to win" of the armed forces have contributed to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area. The work of commendation has many innovations, focusing on rewarding direct workers, extraordinary commendation, ensuring timeliness, right people, right work, creating motivation to promote the emulation movement.

Many collectives and individuals of the ward were honored to receive awards from the Party, the State and all levels and sectors. Of which, 3 individuals were awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, 2 collectives were awarded the Emulation Flag by the Government. More than 300 collectives, individuals and households were awarded by the provincial level. Thousands of collectives and individuals were awarded at the grassroots level.

At the conference, 2 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the process of developing plans, documents, and projects to rearrange provincial and commune-level administrative units in 2025; 28 collectives and 109 outstanding individuals in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025 were commended and rewarded by the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.

Entering the 2025-2030 period, Bac Giang ward will promote administrative reform, digital transformation, build a clean and strong political system; develop green - smart urban areas; improve people's quality of life; strengthen national defense and security. By 2030, the average growth rate of total product value in the area will reach 13-14%/year; per capita income will increase by 15-20% compared to 2025; there will be no more poor households; 100% of schools will be solidified; the rate of population participating in health insurance will reach 99.7%; 100% of online public services will reach level 4; 80% of administrative procedures will be processed online...

To achieve the goal, the ward continues to innovate the content and form of emulation movements; promote the exemplary role of leaders; focus on rewarding collectives and individuals directly working; replicate advanced models; promptly commend and promote good people and good deeds on mass media.

On this occasion, Comrade Tran Van Thanh, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 with the motto "Innovation, creativity, acceleration, breakthrough, towards the satisfaction of people and businesses". In which, focusing on emulation to successfully implement the Resolution of the Bac Giang Ward Party Congress for the term 2025-2030, determined to exceed 15 development targets in the fields of economy, urban, culture - society, national defense - security, Party building and political system.

The key emulation movements are: Economic development, digital transformation; improving the effectiveness of urban management and maintaining urban order; resolving administrative procedures, creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses; emulating "good teaching - good learning" at all levels, maintaining high rankings in the province; developing culture - sports; ensuring political security, implementing well social security activities, taking care of people's lives...
