Ho Nam Ward, Le Chan District propagates and practices fire prevention, fighting and rescue in 2024

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of January 20, at the 5-storey Lam Tuong apartment building (No. 345 To Hieu), the People's Committee of Ho Nam Ward, Le Chan District organized a propaganda program and a fire prevention, fighting and rescue drill in 2024 in the ward.
Attending were members of the People's Protection Committee, Militia, Party cell secretaries, heads of residential groups and residential areas, households, and houses combining production and business in the ward.
Disseminate knowledge related to fire prevention and fighting to people.
At the program, local residents were instructed by the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team of Le Chan District Police and disseminated knowledge related to fire and explosion situations and the importance of fire prevention and fire fighting; basic knowledge of fire prevention and fire fighting as well as fire fighting and escape procedures when a fire or explosion occurs. At the same time, they were introduced to the operating principles of fire fighting equipment; how to escape when there is a fire or explosion in residential areas, residential groups, private homes, first aid measures for victims and how to use fire prevention and fire fighting equipment.

Through the program, it helps households in the ward understand the principles of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue.
