On July 26, actress Phuong Oanh and businessman Nguyen Hoa Binh (Shark Binh) held an engagement ceremony at the actress's hometown in Phu Ly ( Ha Nam ).

According to the shared image, the ceremony space was decorated in white and blue tones, giving a cool summer feeling. Accordingly, 600 lotus flowers, bamboo and many other imported flowers such as tulips, roses, orchids... were used to decorate the actress's private home.
On the big day, Phuong Oanh wore a red ao dai with handmade lotus embroidery and natural makeup. She prepared a white silk ao dai with the word "Double Happiness" embroidered on the chest for the bride's reception and a mint green outfit for the reception.
Meanwhile, Shark Binh wore a black suit, leading the procession carrying 9 gifts to the bride's house.

The engagement ceremony was held solemnly, with only family members and a few close friends of the bride and groom attending. The family hired a team of 10 bodyguards holding black umbrellas, forming a barrier in front of the actor's house to ensure privacy.
