Thanh Liet Ward supports people in "cleaning" vehicle registration data

Implementing Plan No. 375/KH-CAHN dated October 31, 2025 of Hanoi City Police on "60-day and night peak of general review and cleaning of vehicle registration data and driver's licenses", Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee directed the Ward Police to organize a campaign to support people in "cleaning" vehicle registration data and driver's licenses.

Party Secretary and Chairman of Thanh Liet Ward People's Council Nguyen Minh Tuan emphasized that standardizing vehicle data is an urgent requirement, contributing to ensuring security and effectively serving state management work. Comrade Nguyen Minh Tuan requested cadres, party members, armed forces and people of the ward to raise awareness, proactively coordinate with functional agencies; fully prepare documents such as citizen identification cards, driver's licenses, vehicle registration and transfer documents (if any) so that the review can take place quickly and accurately.

Party committees and cells, especially cell secretaries and heads of residential groups, must set an example in completing the declaration in advance, and actively mobilize and support residents in residential areas to complete the declaration on schedule. The ward police will organize working groups to visit each household to collect information via the application "Digital Capital Citizen - iHanoi" or make direct declarations, ensuring that no vehicles are left out.

Ward leaders and ward police directly guided people to check vehicle owner information, update chip-embedded citizen identification numbers, contact phone numbers and supplement missing data fields. Those who are elderly or have difficulty using electronic devices are enthusiastically supported step by step by staff.
