After the PPA Tour Asia Vietnam Cup 2025 in Da Nang ended on October 5, the order on the rankings began to change significantly. According to the latest records, the historical achievement of Vietnamese pickleball was recorded when three players including Trinh Giang (ranked 2nd), Phuc Huynh (ranked 3rd) and Ly Hoang Nam (ranked 4th) officially entered the leading group in the region.

These three positions are only behind the current number one tennis player, Wong Hong Kit of Hong Kong (China), who is holding the number one position with 2,400 points.
Vietnam's achievement was even more impressive when Truong Vinh Hien also rose to joint 5th place with 1,000 points. This helped Vietnam officially become the country with the most tennis players in the leading group of the PPA Tour Asia region.
