Last October, Prudential Vietnam won the HR Excellence Award 2024 in Singapore.
At this year's awards ceremony, Prudential was named in the Learning and Development category for its people-centric business strategy, realized through a comprehensive training and development strategy.
From there, the company aims to build a flexible organization, promote a culture of continuous learning, enhance the spirit of innovation and thoroughly equip the team for future changes.
Training and development initiatives are designed to diversify learning experiences to help employees easily apply knowledge to real-world work.
That is the key factor that helps Prudential achieve success at the award and consolidate its position as a model enterprise as the "cradle" of training in the insurance industry.
Specifically, Prudential has built a long-term and tight human resource development roadmap from 2024 to 2026 with clear goals for each stage. Thanks to its focused development and training strategy, Prudential has recorded many positive results, with the number of applications to the company increasing by 16% compared to 2022, of which the annual Management Trainee recruitment program increased by 166% compared to 2023.
Notably, the turnover rate before 12 months decreased by 3.5% and the employee satisfaction index (eNPS - Employee Net Promoter Score) reached 68 points, in the top 25%, showing that Prudential employees (PruCitizen) feel proud and willing to recommend their workplace.
