PSG 'angry' demands Mbappe to pay nearly 100 million Euros in compensation

In early April this year, the French striker demanded PSG pay him the full 55 million euros. This amount includes unpaid wages from his final months with Paris Saint-Germain, as well as bonuses that the French star claimed he never received.

However, PSG's lawyers were not deterred. They strongly denied and asserted that "the club has no such debt". Paris' lawyers even officially filed an appeal to the Court of Justice, requesting the cancellation of the decision to freeze the amount of 55 million euros and demanding that the French striker pay 98 million euros in compensation for damaging the club's image.

PSG representatives firmly stated that Kylian Mbappe is the one who owes us money because of the tricks he used.

"Our goal is not to get back the 98 million euros, but to prove that if he still owes us, his claim is completely baseless," the lawyer stressed.

According to PSG, the club has been patiently trying to resolve the matter amicably for almost a year. However, Mbappe has refused and seems to only want to harm his former club.

"Kylian Mbappe asked for a lot from PSG and got it all. Now he's trying to run away and 'steal' everything, hoping no one will find out. Simply because he's Kylian Mbappe," a source close to the club's legal proceedings said bitterly.

Nearly a year after Mbappe left PSG to join Real Madrid, the simmering legal battle between him and his former club is finally coming to an end. May 26 will be the day the final verdict is announced, ending a period of tension that has lasted for a long time for both sides.
