The leaders of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering requested that military units quickly stabilize their forces and vehicles to ensure sufficient quantity and quality of fuel for vehicles and equipment participating in the parade training mission on the occasion of National Day, September 2.
The working delegation of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering ( Ministry of National Defense ) has just inspected the technical assurance work for the performance of the parade and marching tasks in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (task A80), at the National Military Training Center 4.
According to the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, recently, units of the Ministry of National Defense have proactively prepared equipment and techniques for vehicles serving the A80 mission.
Through inspection, most units have thoroughly grasped the instructions and guidance plans of superiors; proactively coordinated and closely cooperated with relevant agencies and units, ensuring good organization of gathering locations for vehicles and technical equipment in the right and safe places.
The units also did a good job of managing, preserving, and maintaining weapons, equipment, and military supplies in preparation for practicing and performing parades and marches.




Major General Phung Ngoc Son and the working delegation inspected and encouraged officers and soldiers of units performing task A80.
At the inspection, Major General Phung Ngoc Son - Deputy Director and Chief of Staff of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Deputy Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee of the Ministry of National Defense (Head of the working delegation) acknowledged and commended the units for their efforts and proactive preparations to overcome all difficulties, ensuring good technical work for weapons, equipment, and vehicles ready to perform tasks.
Major General Phung Ngoc Son noted that units need to coordinate and cooperate closely with relevant agencies to prepare well in all aspects, proactively develop scientific and flexible plans, ensure the best parking for weapons, equipment, vehicles, etc. at safe training locations and training areas of each specialty, suitable for weather conditions, and not affect the training process to perform tasks.
The Chief of Staff of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering also requested to promptly overcome some limitations. In particular, units need to quickly stabilize their forces, vehicles, etc. to promptly ensure sufficient quantity and quality of fuel for vehicles and equipment participating in training missions.
At the same time, units regularly check and re-examine the technical condition of vehicles and machinery, the qualifications of drivers and repairmen, promptly fix damage, replace materials to ensure the best technical condition of weapons, equipment and vehicles; ensure timely and absolutely safe training and transportation of forces participating in mission A80.




Many military vehicles and equipment will participate in mission A80.
