Vietnam trade relations

After 50 years of establishing diplomatic relations, the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan have been continuously strengthened and developed in many fields. In particular, economic - trade - investment cooperation has always been given special attention and comprehensively promoted. The total import-export turnover between the two countries in 2022 reached nearly 50 billion USD, making Japan the 4th largest trading partner of Vietnam. Of which, Vietnam's exports to Japan reached over 24 billion USD, and imports reached over 23 billion USD.
