Quan Hoa elected Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee

On the morning of May 30, the People's Council of Quan Hoa district, term XX, 2021-2026, held the 18th session to elect the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee.

Provincial and district leaders presented flowers to congratulate the new Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Pham Anh Toan.

Previously, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Anh Toan, Principal of Thanh Hoa Province's Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities, to join the Quan Hoa District Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and to be nominated as a candidate for the District People's Council to elect him as Vice Chairman of the Quan Hoa District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

At the meeting, the District People's Council approved the proposal to dismiss Ms. Pham Thi Luong from the position of District People's Council delegate and Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee due to job transfer.

Next, the meeting approved the proposal of the Chairman of the District People's Committee on the introduction of personnel to elect the additional position of Vice Chairman of the Quan Hoa District People's Committee for comrade Pham Anh Toan, member of the Executive Committee of the Quan Hoa District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 and conducted a vote of confidence to elect comrade Pham Anh Toan, member of the Executive Committee of the Quan Hoa District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Quan Hoa District People's Committee, term 2021-2026.

As a result, comrade Pham Anh Toan, member of the Party Committee of Quan Hoa district, term 2020-2025, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district, term 2021-2026 with 100% of votes of confidence.

Comrade Pham Anh Toan, new Vice Chairman of Quan Hoa District People's Committee, spoke on accepting the assignment.

Speaking on receiving the new assignment, comrade Pham Anh Toan, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, thanked the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee and the Quan Hoa District government for their trust in assigning him the new assignment.

With the new important role, he expressed his determination to always uphold responsibility, make efforts, strive to complete assigned tasks well, unite with the collective leadership of the Party Committee and district government to focus on leadership, direction, management, operation, and successfully implement the district's socio -economic development goals in 2024 and the following years.
