Military Region 4 inspects the implementation results of Decree 21 of the Government in Thanh Hoa

On May 16, the Inspection Delegation of Military Region 4, led by Colonel Pham Van Dung, Deputy Chief of Staff, inspected the implementation of Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP dated February 22, 2019 of the Government on defense zones (ZZs) at the Provincial Military Command and the Military Command of Quang Xuong district. Receiving and working with the delegation were Colonel Le Van Dien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command and members of the Provincial ZZs Steering Committee.

Colonel Pham Van Dung, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4, spoke at the inspection.

At the working session, the Working Group inspected the work of disseminating education, information, propaganda and implementation of Decree No. 21; the work of building a system of documents, legal norms, programs and plans of the Provincial Steering Committee on defense and defense zones; the Steering Committee, the Provincial and District Supply Council concretizing Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP, Circular No. 41/2020/TT-BQP and the work program of the Central Steering Committee on defense of Military Regions, provinces and KVPT; inspected the system of documents on defense of the province and defense zones, the results of building the posture in the defense zone; building potential ( political , spiritual, cultural - social, economic, military science - technology, foreign security); conditions to ensure effective implementation of the task of building and operating defense of the province....

Concluding the inspection, the Working Group highly appreciated the dissemination and implementation of Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be supplemented and overcome in the coming time.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Command Party Committee, Colonel Le Van Dien received the comments of the working delegation and continued to direct agencies and units to urgently review and overcome to improve the quality of construction and operation of the provincial defense zone in the coming time.
