(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of June 20, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District held a conference to summarize and commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2024-2025 school year. In the 2024-2025 school year, the Departmentof Education and Training of Ngo Quyen district successfully completed key tasks, maintaining its top position in the city. The quality of comprehensive education for general students remained stable. The quality of training excellent and gifted students was improved. The number of awards for excellent and gifted students increased compared to the 2023-2024 school year. Specifically, students from primary and secondary schools in the district participated in competitions and won 4,554 awards at competitions for excellent students and exchanges for gifted students at all levels, an increase of 1,578 awards compared to the previous school year. Of which, there were 195 city-level awards, 9 national-level awards and 4,350 integration awards. At the preschool level, 24/30 students won awards at the city-level painting competition. The district's Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education contributed 9 city-level excellent student awards.
