The event introduces typical Vietnamese tourism products, focusing on sustainable eco-tourism, cultural-historical tourism, sea tourism and high-end experiences suitable for European tastes.
In his opening speech, Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Trung Khanh emphasized that France is a key market for Vietnamese tourism. In 2024, Vietnam welcomed nearly 279,000 French visitors, a 97% recovery compared to before the pandemic. In the first quarter of 2025, this number continued to grow impressively, with more than 102,000 arrivals, an increase of more than 28% over the same period last year.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Khanh said that the program is not only a tourism promotion activity, but also a vivid symbol of the friendship between Vietnam and France over the past half century. Vietnam hopes that each experience will become a “cultural bridge” contributing to strengthening the relationship between the people of the two countries.
Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang affirmed that with its rich tourism resources and constant efforts to improve quality, Vietnam continues to be an attractive destination in Asia. The Ambassador believes that the event will contribute to promoting the image of the country, people and tourism of Vietnam, while deepening the Vietnam - France Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
The program attracts a large number of businesses and visitors with activities such as: trade meetings, introduction of typical destinations, traditional craft villages (Thanh Tien paper flowers, lotus leaf hats, Bat Trang pottery, Van Phuc silk, Kim Bong carpentry), experience cooking classes, tours according to interests such as photography, cycling, yoga, community tourism...
The highlight is the Hue royal cuisine party prepared by top chefs, introducing typical dishes such as Hue beef noodle soup, peacock spring rolls, phoenix sausage, Hue sweet soup... imbued with the cultural identity of the ancient capital, receiving many positive reviews from the French public.
The program brought to the French public rich experiences of Vietnamese culture, tourism and culinary specialties, especially the quintessence of Hue royal cuisine, thereby contributing to enhancing understanding and exchange between the people of the two countries.
