The group includes the following departments: Information and Communications, Planning and Investment, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Finance, Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks, Health, Natural Resources and Environment.

Meanwhile, at the district level, Nam Giang continues to lead with 89.07 points. The localities in the bottom group include: Que Son, Tay Giang, Thang Binh and Nong Son.
