Previously, the Ministry of Transport sent an official dispatch to the Provincial People's Committee requesting continued attention, coordination, direction, review, and strict implementation of tasks and solutions to inspect and handle "illegal buses, illegal stations", "disguised fixed-route buses", "combined buses, and convenient buses".

According to the Ministry of Transport, the phenomenon of “illegal buses, illegal stations”, “disguised fixed-route buses”, “pooled buses, and shuttle buses” still exists. In many places, violations still occur openly without being strictly handled.

The Ministry of Transport requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Department of Transport to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to advise on the development of a plan to implement Directive No. 23 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the work of ensuring traffic order and safety for road transport business activities in the new situation.

The Department of Transport has increased coordination with the traffic police force and local police to continue to strictly implement Directive No. 10 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the work of ensuring order and safety of road traffic in the new situation to ensure effectiveness and suitability with the actual situation.

Regularly review and inspect the implementation of regulations on traffic safety conditions of automobile transport business units in the area. In particular, pay special attention to the implementation of regulations on driving time, speed, technical safety conditions of vehicles, conditions of transport business drivers, carrying the correct number of people as prescribed, etc., strictly handle violations if detected.
