Deploy tasks and solutions related to gold products

The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development (Ministry of Industry and Trade) has just issued a document requesting the Department of Industry and Trade of localities to deploy tasks and solutions related to gold products.

Accordingly, in order to continue implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 64 dated May 13, 2025 on implementing measures to effectively manage the gold market, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development proposes: Continue to implement the directives of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade ; seriously and effectively implement tasks and solutions according to assigned functions and tasks related to gold; direct the Market Management force to strengthen local management, collect information, and monitor fluctuations in gold; regularly monitor the market to promptly detect violations, organize inspections, and strictly handle them according to the law.

In addition, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development also requested the Department of Industry and Trade of localities to proactively coordinate with the State Bank - Regional Branch and relevant agencies in information, propaganda and mobilization of organizations and individuals operating in gold business in the area to strictly comply with the provisions of law; publicize violations and results of handling violations on mass media.
